Supporting the Maidstone Churches Winter Shelter

This coming Sunday, Downswood Parish Council is once again proud to lend its support to the Maidstone Churches Winter Shelter. This vital initiative provides care and refuge for those facing homelessness during the harshest winter months, offering not only warmth and shelter but also dignity and compassion at a time of greatest need.

Our continued involvement reflects the Parish Council’s commitment to community solidarity and the values of kindness and service. We are grateful to all who contribute to this project—whether through volunteering, donations, or simply raising awareness—and we encourage residents to join us in supporting this important work.
