Parsonage Place Related Remedial Works – Update from KCC.

Some works were carried out by the developer on Church Road last week (kerbing, surfacing by the kissing gate, adjacent carriageway remedials and a dip in the footway into site).

The Deringwood Drive/Willington Street junction has been discussed again, with a request for detailed design of the wall required at this location. Whilst it may go quiet in between, outstanding remedials will be addressed, the developer remains responsible for the works for a minimum of 1 year, until accepted for adoption, so Highways still have them on board for these remedial works.
