At five o’clock sharp—come rain, sleet, or snow.
The Orchard will sparkle with laughter and light,
As Downswood gets ready for one jolly night!

There’s music and mince pies, and things to delight,
With carols and food and trees trimmed just right.
It’s free for all residents—young ones and grown
A gift from your Parish Council, with love clearly shown.

So gather your children, your neighbours, your cheer,
Let’s toast to the season and end-of-year cheer!
